Five full time employees managed over 42,400 volunteer hours last year building homes and managing ReStore. Habitat Sarasota has placed over 200 mortgage paying families into homes. Habitat Sarasota’s ReStores keep one million pounds of usable products out of our landfills every year by cleaning, recycling and re-selling donated goods.

For the past four decades, Carl Abbott’s Sarasota architectural office has been one of the most highly awarded firms in the Florida/Caribbean region. Carl has worked in New York City, Honolulu and London, and has taught at a number of universities including Harvard Graduate School of Design.
