The Lakewood Ranch Community Fund is having an Interactive Dinner at Polo Grill’s Fete Ballroom. The theme is “Tahitian Adventure” and the Ballroom will be converted into a glorious south Pacific island to greet guests who will receive a lei and cocktail upon arrival. Tickets are $100/pp and include full bar, theme cocktails (7-8 pm), dinner (8-10 pm), an apron for each diner, recipes of each course served and wine with each course.

What is an Interactive Dinner, you ask?

It is a dinner that is simplya blast! Here’s how it works…. With Chef Tommy Klauber leading the way, each table chooses different “chefs” from its group to follow his instructions and fix a fabulous three-course dinner right at your own table! From novice cooks to those more comfortable in the kitchen, it’s a fun-filled way to learn about cooking from one of Sarasota’s most highly regarded chefs. Cooking on stage along with Tommy will be local stand-up comedian, actor, talk show host, TV chef, and all around swell guy, Tim Wilkins.
