IMG Academies Appoints Michael Saunders & Company Its On-site Real Estate Brokerage

Michael Saunders & Company Named Official Brokerage Of IMG Academy.

Michael Saunders & Company has opened a full-service branch office on the 300-acre IMG Academies campus. Via an agreement with IMG Academies, Michael Saunders & Company will serve as the on-site real estate broker for the academy in Bradenton, Florida. IMG Academies is the most advanced, state-of-the-art, multi-sport training and educational facility ever created for athletes Adam Cuffaro, who has several year experience leasing and selling properties from the campus, will join Michael Saunders & Company as the lead on-site sales agent.

IMG Academies, which originally opened in 1978, often prepares incoming students for at least four years of residency on or off campus while attending the academy. IMG Academies’ adult programs also draw thousands of visitors from around the world, many of whom end up purchasing residences in the area. On-campus villas also offer luxury housing with a close proximity to the academies’ various training facilities. Michael Saunders & Company will be able to help fulfill the housing needs of academy clientele and constituents.
