Green opened her Rolodex and introduced the Signature Sotheby’s team to Dan Elzer of The Training Academy. Elzer specializes in training agents in the real estate industry. He helps clients achieve their personal and professional goals, and identify opportunities that exist in today’s market. Over the course of two days, Signature Sotheby’s associates were presented innovative ideas and approaches, and were coached and consulted. “Failure is not an option”, says Elzer. “To succeed at any of this, agents are trained to make tough decisions and hold themselves and their team accountable.”
