Signature Sotheby’s Mike Migone Closes Two Commercial Transactions.

Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Mike Migone, CCIM, closed on two commercial transactions. Leased was 1907 Osprey Avenue, 1,000 square feet at, sold was the former Sirard’s Chocolate Shop, 1816 Hillview Street, 810 square feet.

A lifetime Florida resident who calls Sarasota his home Migone earned his license when he was 21 and began his career soon after selling residential real estate for Better Homes and Gardens ERA in Hollywood Florida. His journey from there has been filled with numerous awards and accolades as a top producing real estate sales associate every where he has been. Though he had great success listing and selling residential properties his desire to become a commercial real estate professional never waned. It’s no coincidence Mike would eventually earn his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and dedicate 100% of his career to commercial real estate.
