Signature Sotheby’s Gains Veteran Real Estate Agent
Pam Taylor Joins Signature Sotheby’s International Realty.
Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that veteran Sarasota real estate broker Pam Taylor has joined the firm.
A Bradenton, Florida, native, Taylor has been a prominent figure in the local real estate market for many years. Beginning her real estate career in 1976 soon thereafter in 1980 she launched a boutique brokerage firm on St. Armands Circle that became a major force in the luxury market. Some of her most notable sales were the John Ringling Towers (now the Ritz Carlton), Lighthouse Point and the Charthouse property on Longboat Key.
In 1992 Taylor moved to Highlands, NC, and now divides her time between the Florida and North Carolina. She will continue to maintain a presence in both markets with her primary focus back in Florida. “Many property owners in the Bradenton/Sarasota area own or desire to own mountain homes in the Highlands/Cashiers area”, said Taylor. “My experience in both markets will allow me to easily identify potential opportunities for them”.
“We are delighted to have such a veteran real estate professional join our team”, said Judy Green, Broker/Owner. “Her experience and continued presence in both markets is very important as we realize that more and more of our buyers are coming from outside of our local area.”
Taylor may be reached at (941) 364-4009 or via email at Pam.Taylor@Sothebysrealty.com.
