Prudential Palms And Lakewood Ranch Realty Participate In Florida Open House.

Participating in the Florida Open House Weekend, sponsored by the 115,000+ member Florida Realtors Association, Prudential Palms Realty and Lakewood Ranch Realty will offer clients the opportunity to reach dozens of prospective buyers. The Florida Open House Weekend comes just before the April 30, 2010 deadline for the federal homebuyer tax credit. Home purchases need to be under contract by April 30, 2010, and closed by June 30, 2010, to take advantage of up to $8,000 in tax credits.
 
On Saturday and Sunday, April 10-11, Prudential Palms Realty and Lakewood Ranch Realty will conduct open houses at an estimated 50 homes throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. Blue balloons, featuring the Realtor “R” in white, will denote those homes that are part of the statewide open house campaign. Balloons will be on display simultaneously at open houses from the Panhandle to Key West.
 
“This event offers people a convenient way to see as many homes as they wish in one weekend and gives our members a chance to be part of this massive effort to match buyers to their sellers,” says Helen Sosso, Broker/Owner of Prudential Palms Realty and Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty.
 
She adds that the weekend will be a fun way to attract buyers and help them learn more about what is available in the local housing market.
