New Corporate Headquarters Slated For Lavely and Whyte, P.A.
Holland Construction Awarded New Manatee Building Project.
Holland Construction announced their selection to build the new corporate headquarters for the Law Office of Lavely and Whyte, P.A in Bradenton, Florida.
Holland expects to break ground on the office building this spring and plans to complete construction in the fall. The new building will be located on Manatee Avenue East, just east of downtown Bradenton in Manatee County. The facility will contain nearly 4,000 total square feet of office space. Moore2Design is the architect on the project. Lavely and Whyte currently has offices in Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Petersburg, Florida.
Steve Lavely, principal at Lavely and Whyte, says he selected Holland Construction for the project because of their commercial building experience. “I have known and worked with Craig Campbell for years, and am confident that he will bring his in-depth expertise and knowledge to our project,” stated Lavely.
Craig Campbell, Vice President for Holland Construction’s Florida office, was instrumental in securing this project for Holland, as he has had a long professional relationship with the law firm. “This is a very exciting project for Holland,” said Campbell. “The new Lavely and White headquarters building will really command a presence in this area near downtown Bradenton. Designed with a Mediterranean architectural style, the building will contain a very prominent clock tower, ensuring the building’s visibility. We are looking forward to getting started on the construction.”
