The home was listed by Deborah Beacham of Michael Saunders and Company and was featured in the September 2009 issue of REAL Magazine. The home sits on approximately 1.25 acres directly on the Gulf of Mexico, has 6,600+ sq ft of living space, a 4 car garage, courtyard pool and many extras. Designed by architect Cliff Scholtz and built by Richard Perrone in 1987 the sale represented a very good value for the buyer.
