Coldwell Banker Branch Manager Recognized By NAR
Coldwell Banker’s Bill Godin Awarded Emeritus Status.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that Bill Godin, branch manager of the company’s Venice and Englewood offices, received REALTOR Emeritus status from the National Association of Realtors.
According to Sue Wolverton, Regional Senior Vice President, Southwest Florida, “Bill’s exceptional ability to lead and coach new sales associates and provide them with the tools needed to succeed in real estate is what has made him so successful for four decades.”
This designation is only awarded to licensed Realtors who have held membership in the National Association for a cumulative period of 40 years. Godin received the award at the Venice Board of Realtors.
Godin has managed real estate offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida. He is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Professional Standards Instructor, past vice president of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year of the Springfield Board of Realtors.
