St. Armands Office Of Coldwell Banker Leads Effort Raising $6,000 For Charity.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES Foundation, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, presented a $6,000 check to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay on August 21, 2010. Sue Wolverton presented to Janice L. Davis, CFRE, Executive Director and CEO on behalf of the Coldwell Banker St. Armands office.
 
Jeff Mann and Valerie Wadsworth, sales associates at the St. Armands office, co-chaired fundraising events to raise money for the charity. Two Hawaiian luaus with dinner and dancing were held at the Sarasota Sailor’s Club, and many local companies including Sunbelt Lending, Dave & Valenti, Marquette Inspections, LWR Communities, Mutual of Omaha, Al Harris Pest Control, MGA Insurance Group and Neal Communities helped sponsor the events.
 
Michelle Burke-Phillips, managing broker of the St. Armands office says, “The donation was possible due to the tremendous fundraising efforts of the St. Armands office sales professionals and I am very proud of them”
 
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES Foundation had chosen Ronald McDonald House Charities as its statewide initiative in support of families whose children are hospitalized.
 
“We are very proud to contribute to the Ronald McDonald House Charities because we appreciate and respect what they do in our communities and support their mission,” says Wolverton, Regional Senior Vice President, Southwest Florida.
