Brian Wood Sells New Estate Home In The Forest At Hi Hat Ranch.

Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced Brian Wood’s recent sale of a new estate home at The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch, a private gated community in eastern Sarasota County. Wood represented both the seller and the buyer.
