2011 Updates On Foreclosures, Short Sales & Alternatives.
Real estate law expert Barbara Burke will review the latest information on distressed property transactions at a free seminar for real estate professionals. The seminar is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) for three hours of Continuing Education Credit.
The seminar will review what a lender considers when deciding to proceed with a foreclosure, refinance, deed in lieu or short sale, and will update participants on the latest regulations, trends and opinions. Participants will learn how to identify scams, fraud and shady practices. As a special bonus, there will be a preview of breakthrough technology designed to increase a company’s referral business.
