Xena Vallone Realty New Recruit To Focus On Equestrian Estates

Rod Hartwick Joins Xena Vallone Realty.

Xena Vallone Realty announced that Rod Hartwick, a Sarasota Realtor for eight years, has joined the firm. Formerly a jockey and owner of a horse-breeding farm, he will focus on equestrian estates and boating properties. Hartwick is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), e-Pro certified and holds the At Home with Diversity certification.

A Michigan native, Hartwick was a veterinarian for 48 years, counting among his patients the thoroughbred racehorse, Secretariat. He is credited with inventing a procedure to humanely declaw cats using laser technology. The son of a professional football player, Hartwick was himself an athlete, and played in the 1955 Rosebowl for Michigan State.
