May 14, 2011 Winthrop Village Dog Park Grand Opening
Taylor Morrison Hosts Dog Park Party For People And Pets.
On Saturday, May 14th, tails will wag as Taylor Morrison’s Winthrop Village community in Riverview celebrates the grand opening of its new dog park. There will be complimentary photos as well as plenty of refreshments for people and their pets. Dogs will be able to roam the half-acre fenced park with open grassy areas to run and play, while their owners socialize around water fountains, benches and picnic tables.
The fun begins at 10 a.m. and lasts until noon. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of fun contests, including: Best Dressed, Best Mirror Image (dog/owner look-alike), Most Adorable, Most Obedient, Terrific Pet Tricks, Best Vocal Performance (by a dog), Best Tail Wagging, and Biggest & Smallest.
