Michael Saunders Sales Improvement Among Tops In Country.

Michael Saunders & Company was ranked 60th by REAL Trends in total sales dollar volume, up from 88th the previous year. The climb in sales was the 22nd most improved performance in the country. Michael Saunders & Company finished 2010 with $1.432 billion in closed sales, a 21% increase in dollar volume over 2009. In addition, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, of which Michael Saunders & Company is the exclusive affiliate for Southwest Florida, was once again named the highest-producing national real estate network in terms of total sales for 2010 within this elite group of the top 500 companies.

The REAL Trends 500 is an annual research report identifying the country’s largest and most successful residential real estate firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume.
