John Cannon Homes Appoints Tim Knight As Director Of Construction.

John Cannon, President and CEO of John Cannon Homes announced that Tim Knight, LEED AP, CSI was appointed as Director of Construction for John Cannon Homes. Currently, Knight is the Director of John Cannon Commercial Construction and will continue to manage that division in addition to his new responsibilities. “Tim has been very successful heading up our Commercial Construction Division and we felt it was a natural progression for him to head up the Construction team for John Cannon Homes.” said Cannon.

As Director of Construction, Tim will oversee the daily operations of all of the residential design and construction projects, certified residential and commercial construction supervisors and making sure that every customer is satisfied with their investment.

Knight joined John Cannon Construction in 2007 with over 10 years experience in the construction industry managing a vast array of projects including restaurants, retail, warehouse, office and medical buildings, high-rise condominiums, high end custom homes, and even a Disney theme park. Tim also has a real estate background as well as experience in property management and development.
