Former Yahoo COO Jeff Mallett has listed his Napa Valley Estate for $9.5 Million. That’s an $8 Million price reduction from the $17.5 Million the estate was listed for in 2012.

The home sits on 25 acres of gentle rolling hills and lush estate vineyards and contains 4 BR, 4.5 BA’s, country style kitchen, large living room, office, art studio, theater and private golf course.

Peggy Wilkinson with Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.

After his dot-com days (Yahoo 1995-2002), Mallett became a principal owner of the San Francisco Giants. He is a principal investor in the Derby County Football Club and an investor in the Vancouver Whitecaps. He also has several Internet-based investments.
