Neal Communities sold 83 homes in June, celebrating another month of continued solid performance for the company. “We’ve seen a steady, consistent pace for visitors and sales throughout the first six months of 2018 due to positive economic factors and rising consumer confidence throughout the country and Florida,” said Michael Storey, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based home building firm. “Additionally, we continue to supply the market with inventory homes in all of our communities for buyers looking to move immediately, which allows us to compete with the resale home market competitively.”
