This monumental waterfront estate home was built in 1972 by, at the time, well known Architect Erwin Gremli for his own use, explaining why the home was built with extraordinary strength exceeding current codes for the period.

POST CONSTRUCTION

The home was extremely outdated but functional. Potential buyers were fascinated by the view and location. However, the massive construction of the home scared most of them away. B.S.E.I. saw this project in a different light and the end result speaks for itself.
