Armstrong became the first person to step onto the lunar surface six hours later on July 21 at 02:56:15 UTC; Aldrin joined him 19 minutes later. Six Artists Will Present Their Roundabout Artwork Proposals. At a public meeting on Wednesday, July 17, six artists will present their proposals for two huge new additions to Sarasota’s public art collection. The City of Sarasota plans to erect the new art sculptures at a pair of roundabouts just north of downtown Sarasota, at U.S. 41 and 10th & 14th Streets.
