Sarasota Magazine and Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, set out to identify the “best in client satisfaction” real estate agents serving the Sarasota area. 19,000 Sarasota-area residents who had recently purchased homes were asked to participate in the study. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies. Real estate agents were evaluated based upon customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing of the home and overall satisfaction. Hellhake was one of less than 7 percent of actively licensed real estate agents in the Sarasota area to achieve the award.
