Barbara Najmy – Spoil Yourself With Service

Barbara Najmy is one of those people. To her, houses are more than commodities to be bought and sold; they are havens from the stresses of the outside world, places where dreams flourish and memories are created. Armed with an innate sense of how a home’s distinct architecture will impact her clients’ lives, Barbara is an excellent resource for those in the market to purchase or sell properties. Barbara’s move into real estate followed years of sales and marketing experience in high-end retail settings.  A longtime interest in structural design (“I used to doodle houses and floor plans as a young girl,” she recalls), coupled with her real-time knowledge of the local marketplace, became the foundation upon which to launch her real estate practice. After working for an area condominium builder, Barbara turned her sights to the Lakewood Ranch market, where she has earned a reputation as one of the community’s top-producing professionals.

Her concierge business model is smooth and refined. Barbara has carefully crafted a portfolio of clients with whom long-term relationships have developed. “In the luxury home market, movement occurs at a different pace,” she reveals. “The fit between Realtor® and client must be strong.” She serves as a dedicated resource for her customers, providing them not only with the utmost in service throughout the process of buying or selling a home, but also in managing the transaction on a larger scale. “In my years in business, I have had the opportunity to develop strong collegial relationships with attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, builders and developers,” Barbara explains. “Together, we ensure that the clients’ long- and short-term needs are examined and accounted for.”

Her life is rich with family, friends, professional ventures and community outreach.  Barbara and her husband Joe celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in 2010. The couple has raised two amazing children, Brittany and Justin. Barbara sits on the Board of Directors of the Lakewood Ranch Community Fund, and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to build a better life for area residents.
