Sarasota Agent Invites Managing Brokers To Rediscover Beau Ciel.

Barbara Mei, a Broker-Associate with Surfside Properties, is hosting an invitation-only soirée at the Beau Ciel Condominium in Sarasota. The event is Wednesday, June 30, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The party is to reintroduce Managing Brokers of area real estate firms and special guests to Beau Ciel.

Jay Tallman a Principal with U.S. Assets Group and developer of Beau Ciel, will give a talk on “Beau Ciel: From Concept to Reality.” The Hyatt Regency Sarasota, which is catering the event, will introduce new catering and room service menus created exclusively for Beau Ciel residents. Raffle prizes include a gift certificate for a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency.

Beau Ciel is one of only half a dozen luxury condominiums on the Sarasota mainland that offer 24-hour concierge service and one of two with hotel amenities, through a special arrangement with the adjacent Hyatt Regency, including full use of hotel facilities and discounts on hotel rooms.
