Steven Greenberg The Guest Speaker At Short Sales Seminar.

Steven R. Greenberg, a specialist in residential real estate law and a shareholder with Sarasota-based law firm Icard Merrill, is the guest speaker at an upcoming seminar on the intricacies of short sales October 26th. Entitled Myths and Realities of a Short Sale, the free seminar starts at 6pm at Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, located at 950 University Parkway.

Greenberg has practiced law since 1982. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate issue, an agent for numerous title underwriters, and is approved to close loans for most national and local lenders. He has served as general counsel to several real estate companies and advises clients in all aspects of real estate law. A member of Icard Merrill since 1994, Greenberg is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law. He is a member of the Real Property and Probate Sections of the American Bar Association, a member of the Florida and Sarasota County bar associations, and an affiliate member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
