Two Cardel Homes’ models will be introduced in Central Park’s newest neighborhood, Gramercy Park, in early 2011. Since Central Park’s opening only four months ago, sales have been brisk, with sales of over 50 homes. Gramercy Park will offer larger home sites and floor plans ranging from about 1,800 to 3,000 square feet.
“Cardel Homes is an excellent fit for Central Park. Their dedication to the superior quality, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are aligned with those of Neal Communities and Bruce Williams Homes,” says Pat Neal, president of Neal Communities.”
“Lakewood Ranch is a community built primarily by the residents. Cardel Homes will be a perfect fit here not only for their superior product but also for their reputation of constantly giving back to the community. We value that as a developer and our residents value that as well,” says Rex Jensen, president and Chief Executive Officer of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch.
Cardel Homes will offer The Gulfstream and the Kingfisher 2 plans and soon thereafter, five more floor plans will be available and customizable to the buyers’ choices. The plans will range from 2,144 square feet to 3,000 square feet.
The day to day operations are run by the Cardel family who started the company. “Some of the things that set us apart are the skilled trades people in our organization. We only employ the best trades and that is how we ensure consistency in quality,” says Rob Revoy, vice president of sales & marketing for Cardel Homes, “Never has there been a better time to build a new home.”
Cardel, which has been building homes in North America for 37 years, is new to Manatee/Sarasota. Currently the homebuilder is well-established in the greater Tampa Bay area, Denver and the Canadian regions near Calgary and Ottawa. The home builder prides itself on attention to detail, signature quality and superior customer service. As a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition, Cardel is proud to offer a balance of environmental stewardship and value for homeowners. Central Park at Lakewood Ranch is being developed by Neal Communities and includes homes built by Neal Communities and Bruce Williams Homes. Prospects continue to pour into the model center since the communities’ grand opening in mid-July. The project draws roughly 500 visitors weekly and attributes the success to very livable floor plans, designed to bring light into the interiors, and a community plan that stresses sociability. There are about 800 green-certified homes planned for the community in six neighborhoods across 380 acres. For more information about Central Park at Lakewood Ranch, visit www.centralpark-fl.com/.
