Neal Communities Welcomes Lee Wetherington Homes To Central Park.

Neal Communities announced that another Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder, Lee Wetherington Homes, will build in Central Park at Lakewood Ranch. In addition to Neal Communities, there are now three other builders in thecommunity that just opened in July, 2010. Lee Wetherington will build in the Longview Lake Park neighborhood, which has the largest home sites in the community. Their first model is the Springfield II, is a two-story, 2945 square foot home.

The Springfield II model features three bedrooms, a den, a bonus room, a retreat area, a three car garage, and a large covered outdoor living area. “This is needed because there is a portion of the market who wants a larger home designed for the family buyer,” explains Lee Wetherington.  “Our ability to customize and our attention to architectural detail are attractive to these buyers.”
