December GCVF Meeting To Highlight Three Startups.

The Gulf Coast Venture Forum (GCVF) announced their upcoming member meeting in Sarasota on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at the Community Foundation of Sarasota and in Naples on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at VentureX at Mercato from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Please note, the December Naples meeting location will be held at VentureX, a creative, comfortable and innovative office space that fosters collaboration amongst members / entrepreneurs. (VentureX.co) There is no charge to attend these events, but members and potential members are Angel Investors. Angel Investors are accredited investors as defined by the rules of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (www.sec.gov).

At this meeting three Entrepreneurs will each present a fifteen minute business plan pitch: i) a Weston-based premium juice smoothie startup based on a cacao puree, ii) a Gainesville-headquartered nanotechnology company developing next gen displays, iii) an educational services company located in Boca Raton that provides enrollment leads for unranked colleges, universities and career schools.
