Nicole Caldwell Now Director Of Sales At Neal Communities

Neal Communities announced the promotion of Nicole Caldwell to Director of Sales.

Caldwell joined Neal Communities as the Area Sales Manager in February 2012 and has effectively assisted in motivating and leading the Neal sales team to record setting success. As Director of Sales, she will lead a team of more than 30 people, plus two area sales managers, and two online sales counselors, from Ellenton to Englewood. Her role will focus on strategic planning for sales, enhancing the sales process, and continuing to ensure a structure to help reach goals each month.
