Charlotte Construction has completed renovations for the 1,600-square-foot home of Craft Growlers to Go and Tasting Room on Lakewood Ranch Main Street. The facelift included selective demolition and interior finishes to the building, including paint, stained concrete flooring, lighting, exposed ceilings, ductwork, electrical rework and a new office. CORE Development, co-developer of The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota and the world-renowned golf community, The Concession, announced the proposed development of Cassia Cay, a modern mixed-use complex featuring six to eight waterfront restaurants, retail and office space, and luxury condominiums. Manatee County Courthouse’s Grand Courtroom Restored. Halfacre Construction Company (HalfacreConstruction.com) announced they recently completed historical renovations to the Manatee County Courthouse. The six-month project, which began January 2015, restored the grand historic courtroom to its original glory with the correct finishes and a vintage style while adding the modern conveniences of air conditioning, fire protection and high-speed wireless internet.
