New College’s New Music 2013-2014 Season Announced. New Music New College will celebrate its 15th year with a five-concert series featuring artists who have resonated with past audiences, and with an expanded set of opportunities to meet and converse with the musicians.
Princeton Review Highly Ranks New College of Florida. The Princeton Review again named New College of Florida as one of the country’s best colleges, placing it in the top 15 percent of all four-year institutions nationwide for the 12th consecutive year.
Robert Zamsky Now Dean Of Studies. New College of Florida has appointed Robert Zamsky, associate professor of English at the College, to the newly created position of Dean of Studies.
Partnership To Provide 10 Middle Eastern Women Each Year With Undergraduate Education. New College of Florida announced the formation of a partnership with the Daughters for Life Foundation, headed by bestselling author and peace activist Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish, to provide college educations to disadvantaged women from the Middle East.
New College Students Awarded Teaching Positions In France. New College announced that six students were offered teaching assistantships under a French government program, known as TAPIF, that brings in Americans to teach English to elementary or secondary school students across the country.

New College Begins Library Plaza Renovation And Bell Tower Project. New College of Florida announced a $700,000 renovation of the plaza in front of the Jane Bancroft Cook Library.
