Gulf Coast Community Foundation Awards Arts Appreciation Grant. The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art was awarded a $50,000 Arts Appreciation Grant from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. The grant offers support for the museum’s Art of Our Time initiative during the 2019-2020 season. Ungala Returns. The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art announced the return of a much-loved signature event, UnGala 2019; The Evolution. The Evolution will be held in the Museum of Art Courtyard Oct. 19, 2019. Evolution was chosen as the theme for UnGala 2019 to celebrate the return of this iconic affair’s 35th anniversary of the original UnGala.
