Deborah Beacham Joins Michael Saunders & Company.

Deborah Beacham, a consistent top-producer in Southwest Florida’s luxury real estate market, has joined Michael Saunders & Company as an associate in the company’s Longboat Key South office. Beacham was previously with Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, where her 2007 volume exceeded $25 million. She brings nine listings to the company valued at more than $30 million.

A native of Jackson, Mississippi who lived and worked in Washington, D.C. before moving to Florida, Beacham attended the University of Southern Mississippi on a music scholarship. Currently she ranks among the top ten percent of REALTORS® in the Sarasota MLS; having sold some of the most important properties on its highly sought-after barrier islands. She attributes her professional success to a combination of skills that includes knowledge of the market, a strong web presence, talented negotiating skills, tenacity and—above all—her personal integrity. In addition, her marketing brochures have consistently won top local advertising awards; and her Web site DeborahBeacham.com has been recognized by the Florida Association of REALTORS® as one of the state’s top-ten agent Web sites. Her high profile Internet presence has attracted buyers from around the world to preview her listings.Beacham manages to find time to be active in Sarasota’s charitable and arts communities. She is the immediate past president of the board of directors of Key Chorale, Sarasota’s symphonic chorus; and is a member of the Sarasota County Arts Council.
