Neal Communities Sells Out Wexford in the Country Club at Lakewood Ranch.
 
Neal Communities sold the last home site in the Wexford neighborhood in The Country Club, marking the 70th sale to-date in The Country Club. There were 68 total sales in the Neal Communities Country Club in Lakewood Ranch neighborhood in 2009. Wexford, which has 53 homes, has been a popular neighborhood since opening. Home prices range from the mid $200,000s to the mid $300,000s and are 1558 to 2160 square feet.

 “There is a rising demand for luxury homes with a country club lifestyle,” says Pat Neal, president of Neal Communities. “There are people who are now eager to buy because mortgage rates and prices are still very low.”

Together, Patricia Fitzsimmons and Karen Hessler, both new home sales representatives with Neal Communities, have sold 41 homes in that section of The Country Club, so far in 2010. They anticipate more sales before the end of the year.

Since joining Neal Communities in 2001, Hessler has sold 239 homes, with a total sales volume of $109.4 million. She has been in new home sales for 18 years. Fitzsimmons, who joined Neal Communities in 2009, has sold several hundred new homes in her nine year career in new home sales. She has an MBA and a background in Finance & Operations. Both ladies bring a deep commitment to customer service as well as a great understanding of the home construction process.

Fitzsimmons and Hessler will continue to sell in Edenmore, which consists of 51 homes in the first phase and 77 homes in the second phase, which is priced from the mid $200,000s to the $400,000s. Edenmore is minutes from the private Country Club, golf courses, nature preserves and just a mile from Lakewood Ranch Main Street.
