Coldwell Banker CARES Donates $25,000 To USO For Phone Cards. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES Foundation, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, is helping troops deployed overseas stay in touch with their loved ones back home. This summer, CARES donated $25,000 to AT&T/USO, providing Florida’s troops with 1,600 Coldwell Banker-branded pre-paid international phone cards with 300 minutes on each card.
