Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance Over 100 Awards, Only 2 Official Sanctioned Event Awards A 1929 Duesenberg J/SJ Convertible and 1963 Ferrari 250/275P won the Best In Show honors on at the 23rd annual Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance. The news comes following another crowd pleasing year giving special honor to the only double Formula 1 World Champion and two-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, Emerson Fittipaldi. This year’s competition drew more than 300 cars and motorcycles into 35 classes to the 10th and 18th Fairways of the Golf Club of Amelia Island representing over 120 years of motorcar development.

Thunder By The Bay Promo Reel Released. This year’s Thunder by the Bay motorcycle festival, returning to Sarasota at the Sarasota County Fairgrounds, runs from February 15-18, 2018. The two day festival portion of the weekend at the fairground continues to offer free admission to the general public. Thunder by the Bay plans to offer a wide variety of live music for all ages touting the theme “The Festival Where Rock Meets Country”.
