Easter – Did You Know That… The word Easter is only found in the Bible in a mistranslation of some texts like the King James version. In Acts 12:4, we read of King Herod putting the apostle Peter in prison. And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. The word Easter here is the Greek word pascha which actually means Passover. Most translations have corrected this error. Happy Easter – Enjoy and reflect!
