Winterfest Music Festival Enters 2nd Year. Winterfest 2015 will be held February 28, 2015 at Lakewood Ranch’s Premier Sports Campus on Post Road in Lakewood Ranch. The music festival, in its second year, will feature top-shelf national and local musical acts of all different types. Local Country-Rock band, The Western Sons, comprised of Bradenton native Tyler Cohenour (20) and his fellow University of South Florida students Garrett Carr (21) and Blake Rigdon (20), both from Cocoa Beach, have released their first single, “Tennessee My Way”.
